“Yesterday, opposite the Krasnaya Talovka Air Force station (Lugansk region), the work of units of the Russian Armed Forces was recorded, carrying out measures to intercept radio communications of units of the State Border Guard Service and the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces involved in this are on duty around the clock,” the Security Council said, emphasizing “the need to minimize calls from mobile phones of fighters who are in the ATO zone.”
As PolitNavigator reported, during the withdrawal of part of the Ukrainian troops from Izvarino, military personnel were also prohibited from using mobile phones.
