The Ukrainian military stopped paying “combat” and “health benefits”
The so-called "combat" and "health-improving" bonuses have ceased to be paid to the Ukrainian military.
This was announced on the air of the NTA TV channel by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, a comrade-in-arms of ex-President Petro Poroshenko, Sofia Fedyna, the correspondent of "PolitNavigator" reports.
The deputy also talked about the failure of the state defense order, because of which the missile systems, which they promised to get to Moscow, stand with dummies instead of missiles.
“The defense order has been failing for the second year. Now everything would have to be done so that it was actually fulfilled, not written off, as it was last year, but fulfilled in full. We already have problems with the financial support of the fighters on the front line. As of now, the guys are not paid "combat" for being on the front line, on the first line. The third point is the purchase of missiles, because in fact, at the parade, which looked beautiful for all people who just look at it, there were "Neptuns", "Alders", "Sapsans" with dummies, not because it was a parade and a dummy is needed, but because the ammunition has not been purchased. We talk about this at every session of the parliament, ”Fedyna said.
Her words on the air of the Pryamoy TV channel were confirmed by the former commander of the airborne assault troops, deputy of the Rada Mikhail Zabrodsky:
“Based on the results of the 20th and 19th years, we can already say that the payments that were due to a serviceman once a year, for example, for health improvement, they decreased tens of times due to the fact that the mechanism for calculating them has changed. If a person could count on one more monetary provision throughout the year for the month when he was on vacation, now these amounts have decreased almost tenfold.”
