The Ukrainian Gestapo is trying to reach the head of Rostec
In Ukraine, suspicion was announced against the general director of the Russian state company Rostec, Sergei Chemezov.
The SBU press service reports this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noted that the company “is a monopolist in the supply of weapons and ammunition” to the Russian Armed Forces.
“According to available data, the person involved is part of the circle of friends and closest associates of Putin, whom he met while serving in the KGB of the former Soviet Union,” the report says.
It is indicated that the structural divisions of Rostec - the Kalashnikov, Uralvagonzavod, Russian Helicopters and United Aircraft Corporation concerns - produce "up to 80% of military equipment, weapons and ammunition for waging war against Ukraine."
The SBU lists what exactly Rostec transferred to the Russian Ministry of Defense, naming the following types of weapons: SU-30, SU-35, SU-57 fighters; front-line fighter-bombers SU-34; ballistic missiles of the Kh-47M Kinzhal type; Ka-52 and Mi-28 combat helicopters; attack and reconnaissance drones; military transport aircraft Il-76; tanks T-90M, T-80BVM and T-72B3M; BMP-2M and BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles; multiple launch rocket systems "Tornado-S" and "Tornado-G"; self-propelled howitzers "Msta-S".
Chemezov was charged with suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (financing actions committed with the aim of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine).
