The Ukrainian State Treasury announced that the country's budget has been overfulfilled
Revenues of the state budget of Ukraine in January-May 2017 amounted to UAH 325,77 billion, which is 13,8%, or UAH 39,5 billion, higher than the temporary plan.

According to its data, compared to the same period in 2016, revenue increased by UAH 106,54 billion, or 48,6%.
The State Treasury indicates that if in April, thanks to the receipt of UAH 29,7 billion from special confiscation into the special fund and UAH 10 billion from the National Bank, the budget received UAH 85,03 billion, or 42,2% more than the plan, then in May revenues decreased to 65,98 billion UAH, and the plan was underfulfilled by 1,9%.
Compared to May last year, revenues last month increased by 39,6%, or by UAH 18,71 billion.
As stated in the materials, tax revenues for January-May 2017 increased by 2016% compared to January-May 24,6, to UAH 141,61 billion, while customs revenues increased by 31,5%, to UAH 114,68 billion. The temporary plan for five months of this year was exceeded by 0,9% and 15,2%, respectively.
In May, tax revenues were higher than last year's value by 13,8%, but below the plan by 7,5% and amounted to UAH 32,12 billion.
Things are better at customs, where an increase of 35,9% was recorded compared to May last year and 21,9% compared to the plan - UAH 23,61 billion. In general, this made it possible to exceed the May plan for the State Fiscal Service by 3%, and the last year’s figure by 28,6%.
The general fund of the state budget for January-May 2017 was exceeded in terms of income by 4,7% and received UAH 275,19 billion, which is 32,9% better than the figure for January-May 2016.
In May, the general fund was overfulfilled by 0,5%, and its receipts of UAH 61,95 billion were 37,7% higher than last year.
The State Treasury also reported an increase in local budget revenues in the first five months of this year by 40,6% compared to the five months of last year - to UAH 79,95 billion, including in May they increased by 41,3% - to 18,24 billion UAH
Receipts of the single social contribution in May 2017 increased by 2016% compared to May 42,5 and amounted to UAH 13,9 billion, and over five months the growth in ESV receipts amounted to 33,7% - to UAH 67,63 billion.
