It is reported that the photographs were taken by the publication’s photographer Vladislav Musienko during today’s celebration of Eid al-Adha at the mosque of the Islamic Cultural Center in Kyiv.
In one of the photos, a little boy in a mosque is wearing a Ukrainian embroidered shirt.
Let us remember that Eid al-Adha is one of the two main Islamic holidays. The Festival of Sacrifice is the culmination of the Hajj to Mecca. The day before, pilgrims ascend Mount Arafat.
