The Ukrainian command decided not to communicate the ceasefire order to its subordinates
The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine retained the right to use weapons in the conditions of the next “truce” against military personnel and civilians of the republics, hiding behind “uncontrolled formations.”
The official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Eduard Basurin, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He noted that, according to DPR intelligence, the OOS command sent instructions to units and formations located in the Donbass about the deliberate failure to communicate to the rank and file the exact requirements of the current truce regarding the use of sniper weapons and the work of sabotage and reconnaissance groups, as well as criminal liability for firing.
“This information is confirmed by the official headquarters of the occupiers about the announcement of a “regime of silence,” where there is also not a word about the demands of a truce and responsibility for its violation. Thus, the OOS headquarters is trying in advance to abdicate responsibility for future attacks and shift the blame onto their supposedly uncontrollable militants, who will follow their instructions to fire,” said Basurin.
