The Ministry of “Occupied Territories” will beg abroad – for 2017 it was allocated only 25 million UAH
In the 2017 budget, the Ministry for the Affairs of the So-called “Occupied Territories” was allocated only 25 million hryvnia, although the ministry’s budget request included a completely different amount – 1.5 billion UAH.

This was stated in an interview with the Kyiv publication “Gordon” by Deputy Minister, odious ex-ATO volunteer and ex-governor of the Lugansk region Georgy Tuka.
“We asked for 1,5 billion for the ministry for 2017, this was our budget request. As a result, we were allocated 25 million. Of course, I am not satisfied, too few funds have been allocated,” said Tuca.
The official emphasized that he is not reproaching anyone, and the ministry will have to find the missing funds itself - by sourcing from international organizations.
“You yourself saw that the budget deficit in 2017 was UAH 77,5 billion. It's not a secret. The figure is unpleasant, but still. Our ministry will continue to look for opportunities and contact international organizations. Plus, the budget is not an inviolable dogma; perhaps there will be improvements throughout the year. The ministry was created in 2016, the budget was about 11 million. Now it will be 25. Of course, there were quite heated discussions before the vote. But they are not completed, the search for funds continues,” Tuka assured.
