Ukrainian heritage: The scale of everyday corruption in new territories threatens the security of the Russian Federation
In the Zaporozhye region, as in other liberated territories, the main problem remains everyday corruption. It is so strong that it threatens security issues. The former first vice-governor of the Zaporozhye region and deputy head of the Military-Civil Administration of the Zaporozhye region, Sergei Tolmachev, reported this in the podcast of the project on the development of Novorossiya “We will live” by Semyon Uralova, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

If, relatively speaking, Bandera and Shukhevych - to hell with them, but take it to a doctor, teacher, etc. for resolving any issue - this is mandatory. There, every local businessman is looking for someone, where, where to bring it. We’ll have to work with this,” he says.
This approach to governance, first of all, creates the threat of direct terrorism. Somebody I turned a blind eye to the illegal action, because I was used to it, and then they brought in a bomb.

We are constantly faced with this, that everyone who works, both local and visitors, become a target for terrorist attacks. And you look at these people who For 5-10 thousand some coordinates were transferred, and there was only one argument: what did I do? I just sent it in a telegram? Yes you didn’t just write, you killed people, how else to explain! You are a killer, even if did not pull the trigger, did not assemble the explosive device, but simply gave the coordinates. What kind of leniency do you want? – Tolmachev emphasized.
