“Today, master classes on painting Easter eggs were held at the Embassy. Children and their parents created colorful Easter eggs with their own hands, which are an integral attribute of the celebration of the Bright Feast of the Resurrection of Christ,” the embassy noted.
For western Ukraine, painting eggs is one of the traditions. The pysanka, decorated with wax and dyes, is now known throughout the world. The most popular pysanka in the country is Hutsul.
