One of the bookstores in Paris sold globes on which the territory of Crimea was marked in such a way that it gave reason to believe that this territory did not belong to Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Embassy in France reported this on its page on the social network.

“Recently, in one of the bookstores in Paris, our employee noticed a globe on which the Autonomous Republic of Crimea was incorrectly designated, which gave reason to interpret it as a territory that supposedly does not belong to Ukraine. The embassy responded immediately by contacting the store with a demand to take all possible measures to prevent further dissemination, in one form or another, of false information. In response to the Embassy’s request, the store management reported that the indicated globes would be immediately withdrawn from sale,” the diplomatic institution reported.
