Deputy Director of the Army, Conversion and Disarmament Research Center Mikhail Samus stated this on Channel 5.
According to him, in total, three strike groups of troops have been formed on the borders with the Russian Federation.
“Today Russia has three strike groups. The first - the first tank army in the north, at the level of Voronezh - is the 20th combined arms army and the third grouping in the Donetsk direction. The 20th Army was formed literally over the last year and by this time a very powerful force has been formed, an attack force that is ready to reach Dnepropetrovsk,” Samus said.
