Ukrainian TV is indignant: World media do not consider Crimea occupied
Influential international agency Reuters released material about Russian troops in Crimea without using the propaganda term “occupation”.
This is stated in the story of the Ukrainian TV channel 24, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Ukrainian media, we are talking about a publication about the first female crew of a patrol boat in Russia.
“The news agency’s material talked about the topic of gender equality in the Russian armed forces - supposedly there was a boat patrolling there, the crew of which consisted entirely of women. However, the fact that they were on the occupied territory of Ukraine is not indicated in the article. At the beginning of the text there is a designation with the location “Sevastopol. Crimea". But belonging to the territory of any state is not indicated,” the message says.
Earlier, PolitNavigator reported that the first Russian female crew of an anti-sabotage boat conducted exercises in the Black Sea.
