According to him, no one wants war in Europe, so the EU insists on abandoning martial law.
“We shouldn’t expect serious support in the near future. Europe will not help us as actively as we would like. In fact, Ukraine is not an absolutely independent player both in geopolitics and, unfortunately, in internal processes. Because even the situation with the very wording of the ATO is not the personal position of someone inside Ukraine, but recommendations from outside, because no one in Europe needs war,” said Lipinsky.
