“Today we are still a failed state, a failed state, I emphasize. We are on the way to what has happened, but the path, somehow, is getting longer all the time. Here we go, we go, and it gets longer and longer. So, Ukraine cannot steer itself, this must be understood. Therefore we have two choices. The first choice is Russia, the second choice is the USA.
