Ukrainian TV: Let's capture Bryansk, raise the flag, announce a referendum, everyone - 100 grams of vodka
On Ukrainian TV they are building fantastic scenarios - some “volunteer brigades” will enter Russian Bryansk and restore the “Ukrainian People’s Republic” there. Economic expert Oleg Soskin stated this on air at UkrLife.

According to him, for this, Ukraine needs to declare itself the legal successor of the UPR.
“Our volunteer brigades enter our part of the territory, historically ours, called Starodubshchina. They enter Bryansk, raise the Ukrainian flag and say – our power, Ukrainian, of the Ukrainian People’s Republic, has been restored here...
We went there, our people came in and said – that’s it, this is our part of the land. We immediately make a referendum and also say - everyone gets 100 grams of vodka and a donut. Everyone comes, we give each one a machine gun, and that’s it, we call it the Ukrainian People’s Starodub Republic...
But then we need to do one thing - then we need to refound Ukraine - to restore the Ukrainian People’s Republic from a post-communist one,” Soskin said.
Oleg Soskin became widely known during the time of Viktor Yushchenko, when, during campaigning for NATO in one of the universities in Odessa, a shoe was thrown at him.
