Ukrainian housing is falling sharply in price amid the economic crisis and impoverishment of the population
Against the backdrop of the economic crisis in Ukraine, real estate prices have fallen sharply. The real estate portal Domik.ua analyzed the cost of one-room apartments in different regions of the country. The basis was the demand of realtors in Ukraine.

The analysis revealed that the most expensive housing is in Kyiv and Odessa. Here the cost of a one-room apartment ranges from 25 and 20 thousand dollars, respectively. Next come Lviv and Chernivtsi - 19 thousand dollars each, Kharkov and Dnepr - 18 and 17 thousand dollars. The cheapest housing is in Zaporozhye and Khmelnitsky - prices here start from 10 thousand dollars.
For comparison, in Simferopol, where the standard of living has increased during the period of being part of the Russian Federation, according to the Avito.ru portal, a one-room apartment costs at least 39 thousand dollars.
