Ukrainian propagandist Tsymbalyuk was released from a police station in Moscow
The police have released Roman Tsymbalyuk, a UNIAN correspondent known for his anti-Russian position, who was previously detained in Moscow. He himself reported this on his blog.
“Thanks to everyone who worried, we were released. First time in the department in 36 years.
And sober,” wrote Tsymbalyuk.

According to his version, the arrest occurred during an interview with a graduate student at Moscow State University, who hung the flag of Ukraine during the celebration of the 3rd anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia. Tsymbalyuk claimed that the police referred to a complaint from neighbors about loud screams.
Maria Zakharova, speaker of the Russian Foreign Ministry, where Tsymbalyuk was accredited, commented on the incident.
“As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Roman was released. The squad was called by people who complained about screaming. What Roman shouted, he will tell himself,” Zakharova wrote.
