The Ukrainian battalion commander imagined Muslim special forces

The commander of the 46th battalion “Donbass-Ukraine” Vyacheslav Vlasenko (“Filin”) stated this in an interview with Apostrophe.
“In 2016, we were in Marinka for almost five months - and they sent various of their most powerful units against us. Including their elite battalion “Legion”, which reports directly to Zakharchenko, the leader of the DPR. Muslim special forces were also thrown against us, there were Chechens and Dagestanis. They threw there the 331st Parachute Regiment of the Russian Federation - the same one that shot us in the “green corridor” when we left Ilovaisk... We killed them all. And the paratroopers were also burned. They shouted very loudly, when everything was burning there: “The landing force does not surrender.” As if we were going to take them prisoner…” said the Ukrainian militant.
He clarified that from the very beginning of the war, his colleagues had no thoughts of taking anyone prisoner and added that it was bad to use prisoners as exchange material, and also came to the conclusion that Ukrainian military personnel “should not be captured.”
At the same time, Vlasenko himself managed to be captured during the defeat near Ilovaisk, but at the same time stated that he was “ready to die” and supposedly did not think otherwise at that moment.
