An employee of Radio Liberty, Ukrainian propagandist Nikolai Semenya, accused by Russian law enforcement officers of promoting the secession of Crimea from the Russian Federation, was unable to leave the peninsula under the pretext of the need for treatment.
Lawyer Andrei Sabinin published a response from an FSB investigator, which indicates that Semyon can undergo treatment in the Russian Crimea, where specialized medical institutions exist.
