Yuri Butusov, editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian propaganda resource Censor.net, controlled by Security Council Secretary Alexander Turchynov, stated this on Ukrlife.TV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

If we were preparing for a professional war, then yes, we would have losses. But the enemy would have suffered an order of magnitude greater losses. And we could dictate the initiative to the enemy. Under these conditions, the arguments of our diplomats would have a completely different weight.
If this work does not happen, we will never reach the level at which Russia will want to negotiate.
