“Things like the creation of pro-Russian movements, certain funds, editorial offices. We tracked - during 2005-2010, about 30 different organizations entered the territory of Ukraine.
Until recently, even when the war began, Zatulin’s office operated here in Kyiv. This is an emergency.
It seems to me that this is a matter of the competence of counterintelligence, when it is necessary not only to identify those who are now doing something, but also those who are followed by some kind of anti-Ukrainian trail, to work with them very seriously and not to allow public anti-Ukrainian manifestations here,” - Badrak stated.
As recalled agency "New Day", Valentin Badrak was born in 1968 in Cherkasy. Graduated from the Ryazan Airborne School (1989) and the Kiev State Linguistic University (1996). Was a student at the School of Management named after. J. Kennedy Harvard University (2000).
Since 1999 - director of the non-governmental analytical Center for Research on the Army, Conversion and Disarmament.
