Ukrainian medicine is being destroyed by “reform” in the midst of a pandemic – Lukash
The essence of the so-called medical reform in Ukraine, begun under Ulyana Suprun, is to reduce funding for medicine. The current government continues it, despite the fact that the country finds itself in a pan-pandemic situation.
Lawyer Elena Lukash stated this on TV channel 112 Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Zelensky has the same track in terms of reforms - Poroshenko started the movement together with Suprun, Zelensky continued, on April XNUMX, we have the second stage of reform.
My God, the country is shaking from the virus, we see the state of our hospitals, doctors, their funding, the state of all of us, and you are talking about continuing the medical reform Suprun. Could you please explain what the reform is?
I’ll explain – the reduction in government funding for hospitals, that’s all. There is no need to talk much about hospital districts, specialized hospitals, and reductions in government funding. I saw these projects seven, eight, nine years ago. But today you are introducing them, you,” accused Elena Lukash.
