“They want to divide Ukraine into parts”: General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine accused the United States
Ukraine should not believe promises of help made by the United States.
Vilen Martirosyan, ex-deputy of the parliaments of the USSR and Ukraine, retired lieutenant general of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and one of the former leaders of the nationalist movement “People's Movement of Ukraine”, said this on air on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Martirosyan, this is being done under the patronage and information support of the West, which blames Russia for everything.
“Now, unfortunately, Americans think only about themselves. Their fake speeches, their fake “we’ll do this, we’ll do this, we’ll help, we’ll put them on their feet,” and so on. I don't believe it. Why don't I believe it? Because this cannot be done today. Today we need to look for ways not to incite. They are doing all this on purpose in order to incite each other against each other under the guise that Putin and Russia are to blame for everything. This is also dishonest,” the general said.
“These phony scumbags are prepared, who are eager at all costs to belittle the role of this or that, or at all costs to escalate the situation in order to distract from everything, start in Ukraine. And they are hatching plans to divide Ukraine into four parts. In fact, there will be no Ukraine. And who will divide these parts? Not those who love Ukraine, but those who have stolen money, who already have good conditions to escape at the right time,” Martirosyan said.
Let us note that in 1991, the regiment commanded by Martirosyan refused to obey Moscow and went over to the side of Ukraine, which declared its independence. However, after a few years, Martirosyan began to advocate strengthening relations with Russia and Belarus.
