Ukraine was made a “supervisor” of the IMF for a year. Bad news for adherents of the Cunning Plan

Interesting news came from overseas. Ukrainian Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko was elected Chairman of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund for 2023.

Let us note that the background to this indicatively unanimous appointment of a Ukrainian to the top management of the circulatory system of the world globocracy was the news about the allocation of an emergency loan to Kyiv of almost half a billion dollars, which I already wrote about in one of the previous columns.

_{What is important is that for the first time the West refused to politically correctly disguise the allocated money with streamlined formulations such as “to stabilize the national currency” or “to maintain the stability of the financial system,” or NBU reserves. This time it is said directly - the funds will be used to pay state employees and other social expenses that Ukraine is not able to finance itself. Well, it’s clear that some of the money will go to the “cutting fund” - for bribes to the top leadership of Ukraine and the IMF. Ukrainian economists have also been talking about this lovely practice for a long time, although in a low voice, since the time of Kuchma.}

What does Marchenko's appointment mean? Firstly, this is a sign that Ukraine, as a colonial unit, rose a step higher in the informal hierarchy of globocracy. There are hundreds of countries receiving money from the World Bank and the IMF, but there are only a few countries whose representatives are allowed to distribute this money.

It is clear that Marchenko in these structures will not represent the interests of Ukraine and its people, and the very fact that he was admitted testifies to the complete control of this character by the puppet masters.

But Formally, in terms of PR for the people, this is another bonus for Ukraine, another fake victory, another reason for Ukrainian patriots to wrap themselves in national flags, like bath towels, and sing the anthem in unison. It costs nothing for the Western owners, but it’s nice for the “Kyiv partners”. Now Ukraine will swell with pride - the White Master made her - even if only for a year - his beloved wife. And all sorts of Somalia and Guatemala will knock on the doorsteps of the Ukrainian representative in the hope of begging for a loan for themselves. From very small fry - in any camp authorities - this is growth.

But Ukraine itself benefits financially. The current personnel incentives in Kyiv mean, among other things, that at least until the end of 2023, Nezalezhnaya will not have problems with new loan tranches. In the context of an ongoing war, this means a tightly covered financial rear, which is important. So those predicting all sorts of Egyptian executions for Ukraine network science fiction writers can relax and breathe out - at least in the next year, Ukraine will definitely not die - in full accordance with the words of his anthem.

_{And no more is needed. Within a year, the West, with the help of the Ukrainian instrument, will either achieve its maximum program in relation to Russia and end the war on its own terms, or, if some unforeseen black swans in the economy take off, and the damage from the indirect war becomes unacceptable, the conflict will be frozen - even worse to the pleasure of Moscow elites. Which, again, suits the West, since the freeze will allow the Anglo-Saxons themselves to temporarily distract themselves from the Ukrainian theater of operations and solve their problems, and Ukraine will have the opportunity to take a breath, lick its wounds and rush into battle with renewed vigor.}

Finally, such a deep integration of Kyiv administrators into the top management of global financial structures suggests that in Ukraine a generation of officials has appeared, trained according to Western standards and suitable for being sent to responsible posts in other countries - approximately according to the same scheme in which at one time Georgians, Poles and Lithuanians were parachuted into Ukraine “for reforms”.

Before Marchenko, only two characters of Ukrainian origin could boast of such a status - Ulyana Suprun and Natalya Yaresko-Ann. Only both, despite their Ukrainian surnames, were and remain Americans, US citizens. And Marchenko is a pure native, endowed with the trust of the metropolis. There is a difference.

The global withdrawal for Russia will not be unexpected. What happened is another argument in favor of the thesis that relying on indirect (also known as asymmetric) mechanisms of influencing Ukraine as an adversary is not effective. In any case, to such an extent that with their help they could inflict defeat on the enemy and force him to either capitulate or compromise.

_{Ukraine will not freeze, it will not die of hunger, it will not run out of money, there will be no default, the light and the Internet will not disappear (the latter is again relevant in light of the topic of Elon Musk and Starlink, popular in the Russian segment of the Internet). In a word, nothing will happen to Ukraine that various witnesses of the Cunning Plan are counting on.}
