Donetsk, December 22 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Ukraine will be represented at the negotiations in the Minsk format by Viktor Medvedchuk, said the leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Zakharchenko.

According to him, Medvedchuk is also involved in the exchange of prisoners of war.
