There is no one to save Ukraine from Russian hackers: All IT specialists have fled
Ukrainian government officials responsible for cybersecurity often lack competence, and specialized specialists emigrate from the country in search of better earnings.
Pavel Bulavin, director of Eurotelecom, said this at a round table in Kyiv dedicated to information security problems, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Now, whoever wants, he can figure out how he will protect the structure in which he works. Unfortunately, those boys and girls who are responsible for these issues in the public sector sometimes lack competence, sometimes lack experience, sometimes lack scale of thought. It is unclear where these people can get this knowledge.
This kind of work is usually done by people who earn much higher salaries. There is such a problem in Ukraine – brainwashing. All who were good specialists have left the country over the past 10 years. Only a few companies have retained such specialists,” said the market expert.
