Panic has begun in Ukrainian cities - the population is lining up in huge queues at ATMs and grocery stores.
This is evidenced by photographs and videos published by users of social networks, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
They are reporting from Kyiv about a massive exodus of the population outside the city, huge queues at gas stations, where, according to various sources, gasoline is running out, as well as a stoppage of public transport.
In Kharkov, metro fares were abolished and free distribution of drinking water began. Underground stations in Ukrainian cities began to be used as bomb shelters.
