Nationalism in Ukraine has become a state ideology. Political scientist Andrei Ermolaev stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, in Ukraine, not only the authorities, experts and the media controlled by it are infected with this, but even diplomats.
“With regard to the renewed diplomatic corps, which was formed on this wave of jingoism, there are many who take pronounced, politicized nationalist positions. In our country, not only anti-Semitism, but also anti-Russianism and anti-Polonism are increasingly making their way into statements, expressions, and assessments. This suggests that we are gradually, I mean the political class, unfortunately, part of the media and experts, are infected with the idea of nationalist philosophy,” Ermolaev said.
