In the Soviet Union, this is a terrible country, but when a patient with tuberculosis disappeared, the country announced an interception plan! It was a disaster! And I saw tuberculosis patients, these were former prisoners and so on, are our prisoners kept in optimal conditions? This is a terrible situation, we have an AIDS epidemic. Coronavirus?
