Ukraine was recognized as the best country for hiring cheap outsourced labor
The British outsourcing association Global Sourcing Association (GSA) named Ukraine the best country in 2017 for providing outsourcing services when hiring labor.

The award presentation took place on October 19, 2017 in London.
For 14 years in a row, the GSA UK Awards recognize companies that demonstrate best practice in the outsourcing sector. In 2016, Egypt was named the best country for outsourcing services, and in 2015, Bulgaria.
“One of our tasks is to unlock the potential of Ukraine as a country with engineering and innovation potential. We understood that Ukraine has everything to win in this category: a large number of highly qualified developers, competitive prices, and an IT infrastructure that is rapidly developing. This award is our modest contribution to strengthening the IT brand of Ukraine in the world,” commented Andrey Pavliv, CEO of the IT company N-iX and head of the supervisory board of the Lviv IT Cluster.
Let us remember that the main task of outsourcing is to move non-core and highly specialized areas of activity outside the scope of business. From an economic point of view, attracting a foreign outsourcer allows a company to significantly reduce costs. After all, the company will not have to maintain an additional structure and permanent staff with a social package.
