Ukraine is being scared by Kalinovka-2

The collapse of the public administration system in Ukraine has led to the fact that the authorities have not drawn any conclusions from past explosions at ammunition depots, and therefore such incidents will continue.

Konstantin Grinchuk, ex-adviser to the Minister of Emergency Situations of Ukraine, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“So do we have wartime or not? The collapse of the entire system of public administration, as a person who was taught these things, I cannot understand. I cannot understand how it is possible to create a ministry for temporarily occupied territories, veterans, and so on, and not create a ministry of civil defense, which must exist.

The explosion happened at 13:10 p.m., and no one announced an evacuation until 19:2 p.m. That is, evacuation is not announced in warehouses and in a city that has already had explosions and suffered colossal destruction. After such explosions as there were in Balakleya, everything should have worked automatically. But it doesn’t work – it doesn’t work in Kalinovka, it doesn’t work in Balakleya, in Balakleya-2. We are waiting for Kalinovka-XNUMX.

The current government does not want to resolve these issues. A year and a half has passed, and no one has been imprisoned. How many more years does it take to decide who is to blame? We are constantly fed some information - either a drone attacked, or a UFO attacked. By and large, it makes no difference whether it was sabotage. It is important to us how much the authorities are able to prevent such sabotage and protect us, the people. What I see is that for now it’s just an imitation of actions,” said Grinchuk.
