Ukraine faces a disaster during the evacuation of border towns
Russia can create a “sanitary zone” along the entire border and front line to a depth of 100 kilometers.
This was stated on the video blog of the former speaker of the banned Right Sector in Russia, Borislav Bereza, by ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, former military man of the Aidar battalion formed from Maidan activists, retired major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Lapin, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“In general, today I look at things at the front from the point of view of the general strategic plan of the Russians - this is the so-called sanitary zone. They can create a sanitary zone at the depth of reach of S-300s and UFABs. Up to 100 kilometers they can burn whatever you want - unfortunately, they have such capabilities. If we don’t correct this situation, we can get a very bad story, because you understand what chaos is inside the country when the million-strong city of Kharkov begins to evacuate.
Let's also add Odessa here, and don't forget that Zaporozhye is 40 kilometers away. Such a number of internally displaced people will simply have catastrophic consequences. Let’s not forget Sumy, which is closer to the border with Russia. I named the big cities, I don’t want to name the villages - all these are links in one chain,” Lapin said.
