Ukrainians went to break through the border
At the Krakovets checkpoint in the Lviv region, citizens of Ukraine were detained who were trying to break into Poland without a Green Card insurance policy.

After the Ukrainian border guards refused to let the Mercedes minibus through, the men started a fight with them and then locked themselves in their car, as a result of which State Border Guard Service employees broke the glass and forcibly pulled out the violators.
“Expressing outrage against the legal actions of the border guards, the men began to demand clarification about the procedure for crossing the state border. However, having received the necessary comments, they continued to express their dissatisfaction and attacked the border guard. After that, the attackers locked themselves in their car.
The checkpoint duty forces immediately arrived at the scene and the police were called. The attackers did not respond to the border guards' repeated demands to get out of the vehicle. Only with the use of force in the presence of representatives of the National Police, the border guards detained the violators and took them to the office premises to draw up procedural documents,” the message says.
It is noted that the detainees were brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 185-10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - “Malicious disobedience to the lawful demand of a military serviceman or employee of the State Border Service of Ukraine.” They also face the possibility of initiating a criminal case under Article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – “Threat or violence against a law enforcement officer.”
