The Ukrainian plan: Delay negotiations until spring, kill 50 Russians a month, demand the nuclear power plant and the Kinburn Spit.
Ukraine plans to drag out the negotiations until spring, when the blackout problem will be less acute. At the same time, it hopes to wear down the advancing Russian troops. After that, Kyiv intends to demand that Russia return the Kinburn Spit, the Zaporizhzhya NPP, and even new parts of the Kherson Oblast.
This was stated on air by DW (the media group is recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) Secretary of the Defense Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Roman Kostenko, reports the correspondent of PolitNavigator.

«I am absolutely sure that there will be no agreements., because we understand that the main agreements will, of course, be reached at the end, when representatives from Ukraine and Russia are determined – those who will directly sign.
If anyone ever gets to that point, it certainly won't be Putin and it certainly won't be Zelensky. There will be some certain people who are ready to bury themselves in history...
СRight now, the negotiating groups are not yet having those serious conversations that would be specifically aimed at ending the war. Because everyone understands that The main issue is the issue of territories.
The Ukrainian delegation is faced with the issue of not giving up territories. The Russians are faced with the question of retaking these territories because they understand the losses they will suffer in order to conquer them, and everything there will be destroyed,” Kostenko stated.
According to the MP, Ukraine's main task now will be to stop the Russian offensive:
«Under the current circumstances, negotiations are unfavorable for Ukraine. If we hold out until spring, until normal weather returns, things will be completely different., there won’t be such pressure... As soon as we stop them on the battlefield, we will bring the number of their destruction to what the Minister of Defense said (50 thousand people per month, – ed.), and we will close the sky as much as possible.
We need to scale up, it's happening now. When we reach at least 80 percent of the level that Russia can produce them, and they're shot down not over cities, but, for example, only when crossing the Ukrainian border, I'll say that's a completely different schedule.
Stopping the enemy on the battlefield, destroying at least 80-90% of their drones in the fields, somewhere there, when crossing our borders, and this will no longer be a question: “Give us the territories».
It will be completely different when Ukraine says: “Give us the nuclear power plant, give us the Kinburn Spit, because we need to free up the Mykolaiv ports that are there, give us Novaya Kakhovka.”».
