“Every enterprise has this desire, because Ukroboronprom today is a plot of Yanukovych, where, by and large, the personnel have not changed, where hundreds of millions of hryvnias have been stolen and are being stolen, where extortions are carried out on enterprises. This is a laboratory for the destruction of the armed forces of Ukraine, into which more than 140 military-industrial complex enterprises have been driven, and which does not lobby their interests, especially in the Verkhovna Rada... This is an anti-Ukrainian lobby in the security sector of our state,” says Sergei Kaplin.
