Ukrainian neo-Nazi Vitaly Regor, who attacked a mother and daughter at an “Immortal Regiment” rally in Kiev, was cut for his appearance, First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legislative Support for Law Enforcement Activities Igor Mosiychuk said at a press conference in Kiev.

“The reason was that the separatists knew him before, or they didn’t like his appearance, he was dressed specifically – “right-wing” clothes,” Mosiychuk believes.
“Being a patriot is dangerous - you can be cut and so on. The police and we reject everyday versions of this attack,” the deputy added.
