“Ukrposhta” took the first step towards privatization - order of the Minister of Infrastructure
Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan signed an order on the corporatization of the Ukrainian State Postal Enterprise (UGPPS) “Ukrposhta” and its reorganization into a joint-stock company.

The order was signed during the presentation of Ukrposhta’s strategy for the next 5 years.
Omelyan also signed the company's charter.
The corporatization of Ukrposhta began on November 11, 2015. The corporatization process included four stages: preparatory, inventory, property assessment and final. Experts call this process preparation for the privatization of the enterprise and its transfer into private hands.
