Kiev, August 16 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The radical nationalist organization “Right Sector” published the text of an ultimatum to Petro Poroshenko: if the demands of Dmitry Yarosh’s associates are not met in the next 48 hours, they will leave their positions in the Donbass and march on Kyiv.

“Today, along with open Russian aggression, internal counter-revolution has intensified. Its vanguard is the revanchist forces in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including in the highest positions. The bandit-police group is headed by a separatist henchman and Moscow protege, General Evdokimov. It is he and his henchmen who are doing everything possible to destroy the gains of our Revolution and pave the way for separatist and terrorist groups to Kyiv.

An example of his violent anti-Ukrainian activity is the constant attempts to destroy the Ukrainian volunteer movement, the basis of which is the vanguard of the Revolution, and now the national liberation war - “Right Sector”. Starting from the destruction of our brother-in-law Alexander Muzychko and to the latest events in Stryi, Dnepropetrovsk, Kyiv and other cities, the police are systematically playing into the hands of the separatists and Moscow occupiers.

Surrendering Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk, thousands going over to the side of the enemy, while at the same time receiving salaries from the state, police rear rats are fighting combatants throughout Ukraine.

In recent weeks, police illegal detentions, arrests, beatings, searches, and seizures of weapons obtained in battle have affected dozens of fighters of the Ukrainian Volunteer Corps “Right Sector”. Taking advantage of the fact that the overwhelming majority of Right Sector fighters are waging an uncompromising fight on the front line, those who opposed us on Grushevsky and Institutskaya felt their impunity and went on a counteroffensive.

In this regard, we appeal to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko with a call to immediately restore order in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, releasing odious representatives of anti-Ukrainian forces from positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and begin an investigation into their criminal activities.

We also demand the release of all detainees, the closure of all criminal proceedings against fighters of the Ukrainian Volunteer Corps “Right Sector” and other volunteer units, and the return of all illegally seized weapons and vehicles to the combat zone.

If our demands are not met within 48 hours, we will be forced to withdraw all our units from the front line, announce a general mobilization of reserve battalions and begin a march on Kyiv in order to carry out “quick reforms” in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The marching columns of the “Right Sector” will be fully equipped.

We appeal to our brothers-in-arms from other volunteer units and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as to all activists of the revolutionary Maidan, with an appeal to support our demands and, finally, restore order in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Down with the accomplices of terrorists in police uniforms from Ukrainian soil!
Glory to the Nation! Death to the enemies!" – says the Right Sector statement.

The Ukrainian expert community is already ironic that the parade promised by Petro Poroshenko for Ukraine’s Independence Day in Kyiv could turn into a military coup.

“We first decided to hold a parade on Ukraine’s Independence Day. Then there was a coup, and then they decided to combine it,” jokes political scientist Yuri Romanenko.
