“Die-hards” in Ukraine are eagerly awaiting repression in Karabakh
Ukraine should follow the example of Azerbaijan, which, through an army operation, gained control over a significant part of Karabakh, without committing itself to an amnesty or any special status for the territory previously occupied by the Armenians.
The so-called “ex-representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” Boris Babin wrote about this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yes, Azerbaijan will now be somewhat more dependent on the Russian Federation. So, in the worst case for him, the Russian Federation will arrange Transnistria in Karabakh. But only in that third of the territory that was not occupied by the Azerbaijanis.
Having two-thirds of Karabakh without officially giving up the rest is a good catch.
Let me remind you that Azerbaijan did not promise any transitional justice to anyone or anything. No amnesty or territorial autonomy. The only chance for the Armenians of Karabakh to get something or somehow defend themselves is to win the European Court. In ten years,” Babin comments sarcastically.
“There is actually only one thing bad for Ukraine here. That few people need the experience of successful de-occupation,” the retired “hawk” complains.
