The Presidential Administration (ADP) is launching a state tour operator. The State Federal State Unitary Enterprise "President Service" of the Administration of the President of Russia will soon begin to provide services for searching and booking institutions of the state sanatorium and resort complex of Crimea, as well as other resorts in Russia. Prior to this, FSUE President-Service provided recreation services mainly for officials and large corporate clients. Now the tourism business of UDP is reaching the mass consumer, Izvestia writes.
The Administration of the President of Russia told Izvestia that the work of all health resorts in the region will be handled by the newly created territorial administration, and information on state sanatoriums in Crimea will soon appear on a specialized portal where anyone can book a room.
“Through it you can order vouchers and pay for them there, if it’s inconvenient to go directly to the sanatorium. Now the portal is expecting expansion at the expense of the Crimean sanatorium and resort complex,” said Viktor Khrekov, press secretary of the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation. — A couple of months ago, we created a territorial administration that will manage all health resorts in Crimea. But we haven’t put them on our balance sheet yet, and it’s impossible to say exactly the date when we will start selling tours directly.”
Funds under the state contract are planned to be spent by the end of the year on modernization and advertising of the state tourism portal in Yandex, Mail, Google, as well as on social networks.
