Ural Airlines disrupted a vacation in Crimea by delaying the flight for 10 hours
The Ural Airlines company celebrated the beginning of the holiday season in Crimea in a unique way by delaying the departure of a flight from Moscow (Domodedovo) to Simferopol for 10 hours without explanation. Passengers, including those with infants, spent the entire night at the airport from May 31 to June 1.

The flight's departure was initially scheduled for 22:40 p.m., but then a delay message appeared. A representative of Ural Airlines first explained that the schedule was disrupted due to a severe thunderstorm the day before, then a version appeared about a malfunction of the plane, etc.
All this time, the departure time was postponed, first by an hour, then by an hour and a half, then by several more hours.
It seemed as if the company did not specifically inform in advance about the long flight delay so that customers would not return their tickets.
As a result, passengers had to spend the entire night in the airport waiting room. Among the travelers were families with infants who were going on vacation to Crimea at the beginning of the holiday season. The hotel was not provided to clients.
The plane took off only at almost 10 o'clock in the morning, disrupting the business plans of some passengers and ruining the impressions of the start of their vacation for others.
