In Ukraine, no more than 10 percent of residents speak literary Ukrainian, and the rest speak Surzhik.

Ukrainian political scientist Vladimir Skachko stated this on Topinform.
“The Ukrainian literary language, created over the last century, is still known by 10%. Basically, these are people who, in linguistic terms, resemble crap that has come off from one hole. They broke away from the Russian, they did not swim to the Ukrainian, and are circling in this suspension, reminiscent of a well-known product, biowaste, with which the Ukrainian Piedmont is littered, symbolic.
The world is fair in relation to Ukraine: no matter what it does, but if it is devoid of common sense, if it rapes its very nature, then symbols appear in it - the Ukrainian Piedmont, the city of Lviv, the city of European culture, is filled up to its ears with shit.
