At today's meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed the President of NNEGC Energoatom Yuri Nedashkovsky, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was announced by People's Deputy Alexey Goncharenko (European Solidarity faction).
“The Cabinet of Ministers fired the President of NNEGC Energoatom Yuri Nedavshkovsky,” he wrote on the social network Facebook.
The relevant information was later confirmed by Prime Minister Alexey Goncharuk.
"Yes it's true. The corresponding decision was approved. This was the initiative of the head of the Ministry of Energy and Energy Alexey Orzhel. I think that he can separately comment on the reasons why he came to the conclusion that such a decision was necessary... We are now firing dozens of people who worked in previous years. In many cases, the reason for this is our belief either in inefficiency, or in corrupt activities, or in the bias of a person. I would leave this particular case for the minister’s comments,” he said.
Today, the Ukrainian Nuclear Society (UNS) called on the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and Prime Minister Alexey Goncharuk to prevent the dismissal of the President of NAEC Nedashkovsky.
