“Professionals are leaving, the golden fund of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” – Turchynov laments to Ganapolsky
For two years in the Donbass, “not a meter of Ukrainian land was liberated,” the Ukrainian Armed Forces are demoralized, and real professionals are forced to leave the troops.
The ex-secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, and now the head of the European Solidarity headquarters, Alexander Turchynov, stated this on the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In accordance with the law on de-occupation, we are conducting a Joint Forces Operation. Maybe there were some secret operations, but I know of only one operation that was carried out by Supreme Commander-in-Chief Zelensky - the withdrawal of troops. No other operations were performed. Not a single meter of Ukrainian land was liberated during these two years.
Imagine the motivation of a soldier who is prohibited from responding to the aggression of the Russian military, even fined! Even this minimum salary is limited to him because he allowed himself to shoot back when there is a real threat to his life.
Therefore, of course, the morale of the army today is a serious problem. This is why professionals, the golden fund of our armed forces, on which our defense and our security actually rest today, are leaving,” Turchynov said angrily.
