Today’s decision of the Ukrainian authorities, which legitimized the blockade of Donbass, actually formalizes the separation of Ukraine from the DPR and LPR, because in no normal country it is unthinkable that a total blockade would be introduced at the state level of the territory and population that they consider “theirs.”

Political scientist Denis Denisov stated this in a comment to “PolitNavigator”.
“What the introduction of a transport blockade means is that now residents of the LDPR cannot enter the territory of Ukraine, just like residents of Donbass who live on the territory of Ukraine cannot enter the republics. This, in fact, violates all conceivable norms and directly contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine. In this regard, it will still be examined very carefully, and on its basis claims will be filed against the state of Ukraine,” Denisov said.
