No longer “calibers”, but “Geranium”. Massive kamikaze drone attack on Nikopol and Bila Tserkva
Last night and early this morning, Russian armed forces carried out a series of attacks on the infrastructure of a number of Ukrainian cities. Massive “arrivals” are reported in Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk region, Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, and Kharkov.
As the Ukrainian governor of the Dnepropetrovsk region Valentin Reznichenko reported on Telegram, as a result of the night shelling of Nikopol, the city was left without water and without electricity - the networks of the water utility pumping station were damaged. Four people were injured.
The official complains that more than 30 multi-storey and private houses, a school, a pharmacy, an industrial enterprise, a grain elevator, shops and administrative buildings were damaged.
According to Reznichenko, about 30 “arrivals” from the Grad MLRS were recorded at night. As usual, the publication of specific arrival locations is subject to strict censorship. At the same time, videos and photos of the consequences of the shelling appeared on the Internet.
Let us note that it is from Nikopol – through the Dnieper Reservoir – that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are conducting intensive shelling of the Russian Energodar and the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.
Also, according to officials of the Dnepropetrovsk administration, infrastructure and military targets in the Marganets, Krasnogrigoryevsk and Pokrovsk communities of the region came under fire that night.
Six “arrivals” of kamikaze drones were recorded tonight in Bila Tserkva in the Kiev region. The shelling was carried out in two waves.
The infrastructure was damaged and the fire is still being extinguished. One person was injured. According to information from the head of the Kyiv OVA Alexey Kuleba,
The Ukrainian Air Force Command confirmed a night attack by kamikaze drones “Shahed-136”. The Ukrainians claim to have shot down six drones. How many of them “flew” was not specified.
Footage of fires after drone strikes on Bila Tserkva appeared on the Internet.
At four in the morning, Kamikaze drones attacked Bila Tserkva again. The city's infrastructure was damaged as a result of drone strikes.
The mayor of Bila Tserkva, Gennady Diky, called on people living near the epicenter of the fire not to open their windows or approach them until the fire is extinguished.
"Friends. The enemy attacked our city. While the alarm continues, I urge you to stay in shelters. Residents living near the epicenter of the fire - do not go near the windows and under no circumstances open them until the fire is extinguished,” the message says.
