Dinner with Kolomoisky predetermined Saakashvili’s strategy to overthrow Poroshenko
Former opponents of the ex-president of Georgia took part in a meeting between Mikheil Saakashvili and a number of Ukrainian politicians that took place in one of the hotels in Lvov after breaking through the border, Nezavisimaya Gazeta writes.

“Sources reported that the meeting with Saakashvili was attended by the leader of “Fatherland” Yulia Tymoshenko, the ex-head of the SBU, the leader of the anti-corruption movement Valentin Nalyvaichenko, the leader of “Self-Position” Andrei Sadovoy, they were joined by the ex-Minister of Defense, leader of the “Civil Position” Anatoly Gritsenko, as well as, according to rumors, representatives of the UKROP party, which is associated with the ex-governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region Igor Kolomoisky.
Experts drew attention to the fact that almost all those present had previously been opponents or even political enemies of Saakashvili. But recently, they all found a common language with a man who turned into a symbol of opposition to Petro Poroshenko,” the publication notes.
The publication also reports that political scientist Viktor Ukolov, who serves the interests of Bankova, said that in early September, “a secret dinner took place in Switzerland between one of the country’s leading oligarchs, Igor Kolomoisky, and the politician who most often declared the need to fight the oligarchs, Mikheil Saakashvili.”
