This information RBC-Ukraine agency reported with reference to the presidential administration.
“The data is current as of December 5. Three out of 658 new citizens were issued a Ukrainian passport “based on state interest.” However, the AP could not clarify whether among them there were foreigners who took part in the ATO,” the statement said.
“From the materials that come from the State Migration Service, it is difficult to identify people fighting in the ATO. The status of an ATO warrior must be documented, but the corresponding documents are often not available. In the submissions of the central authorities, the wording “volunteer activity” was most often found, but this still does not give grounds to assert that these are ATO participants,” the AP clarified.
