“In 2016, the defense industry produced civilian clothes by approximately 16,1%; a slight increase is planned for 2020. Why small, because the Ministry of Defense now has a lot of orders in connection with the implementation of relevant weapons upgrade programs. In 2025 – already 30, by 2030 – at least 50 percent should be civilian products,” Putin said.
In 2016, the expected growth rate of defense industry production will be 10,1 percent, and the expected growth rate of labor productivity will be 9,8 percent.
