The Putin administration did not want to communicate with Zelensky’s man
The head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, Anton Vaino, did not communicate with the head of the office of the president of Ukraine, Andrei Bogdan.
Bogdan spoke about this in an interview with BBC Ukraine, answering the question whether he has contacts with the administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
“I dialed my counterpart, called him five times, but he was on vacation in August. In September, his secretaries replied that he did not yet have the authority to talk to me,” Bogdan said.
They asked him if he had called, for example, assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladislav Surkov.
"Did not call. According to diplomatic rules, I should only contact my counterpart in this country,” replied the head of the office of the President of Ukraine.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier ex-adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Andrei Illarionov said when the administration of the President of Russia Ukraine ceased to be considered an independent state.
